Brief Answer:
Semen analysis and HSG to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for details.

Following is my reply:

1) You are young and not obese. You have good chances of pregnancy.

2) You have been trying only for about 5 months. It takes time to conceive.

3) If you wish to fasten process get 2 simple tests done : 1. Husband;s semen analysis 2. HSG ( hysterosalpingogram ) test to assess tubal status.

4) These 2 are basic and important tests which help in identifying the majority of problems and treat if necessary. Hence you can get these tests done.

5) Dont worry about cycle delays.

6) I would like you to record tempeartue 4 times daily at home using a thermometer so that I understand pattern of on and off fever you are telling.

I hope your doubts are cleared.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
