Question : gave birth to my 3rd child in december 2014 & astarted having sex in July but not been able to have an orgas because vagina gets over libricated! Please help

Sexual dysfunction after childbirth generally relates to sex steroid hormonal changes.
There are multiple factors for not getting orgasm like emotional changes, social and anatomical changes like wider vagina, pain during sex.
One should study blood level of sex steroid hormones if the problem does not solve on its own after 4 to 5 months of childbirth.
Treatment with dehydroepiandrosterone, androstenedione or testosterone may be indicated if the hormone level is abnormal.
At the same time biological and emotional support must be taken into consideration.
