Suggest Remedy For Difficulty Sleeping And Headaches

Question : I doubt u can answer it seems no one can. but here it goes. This started while on vacation in Padre Tx XXXXXXX 2014. I have difficulty going to sleep cuz my mind races, hard to concentrate, wake up early, irritable, very, sometimes there are many headaches with these spells, (this cluster lasts 3 or 4 months at a time). I missed 6 periods beginning in XXXXXXX then had one every other month for while, then short one monthly, now bled for 7 days each time use restroom commode full of blood. I feel like I am not myself. these spells have happened XXXXXXX 2014 to end of August, then about march to mid may, late XXXXXXX to now it continues, this time had some panic attacks, its also more difficult to remember anything, lose things, pains on both sides, they not know what they are, had tests on ovaries, they okay, had dexa test for cortisol just took blood after take pill, he say it okay, but DHEA 37, other symptoms, extreme facial hair, hair on stomach and buttocks, many kidney stones, hoarse deep voice, now attending speech therapy and vocal cords have some hardening, obese, round stomach which developed about 15 years ago when periods got heavy, not missed any then just heavy, blood pressure out of control, diabetes 2 that was kept in check with diet and exercise, numbers way up and do come down but not to same levels as before now taking Januvia, 2 bp pills, ache all over, extremely oily skin, I have to wipe the oil off, always had oily skin, but not like this, and I am 50!, hair unhealthy now and falling out by hand fulls has been for years, pylori or whatever bumps that tunnel, adult acne, never had when young, hearing worsened in past 5 years, its nerve related surgery will not help, lately vision worsening some, I have been to nearly every specialist can go to, going to see endocrinologist next week, but not get hopes up cuz no one listens and wants to give anti depressants, I am not depressed, I do get angry easily when having spells, afraid will say something at work or walk out, I don't do stupid well, very stressful job, but not depressed, when not having spell where mind race, irritable, unable to concentrate, headaches, when able to sleep, I am happy and fine only prob then is other physical things I mentioned like ache lots and hair stuff, oily, etc...., I do not feel like myself, it is like adrenaline wont turn off and stay upset or ready to run or fight, like I am wound up.
