Question : Goes. To sleep at night and wakes up disoriented extremely and wanders doing things; blood pressure is extremely low .when I wake up have to help. Him to chair then he gets ok agreed sitting and having somethin to drink. Need help!

Did you stop the drug abruptly or as advised by his neurologist..?

At his age, possible causes are cerebellar ataxia,metachromatic leukodystrophy,vertebral artery stenosis etc

A thorough neuro exam including MRI brain,vertebral doppler study is needed to help him out..More than medical management,he needs better assistance(partner) throughout his life.
