Question : Hi. I just got out of a hot bath, I felt dizzy and my heart was pounding in my ear

- Audiogram
- EEG

Meantime I would like to suggest:
- Avoid fast movements of the head
- Take betahistine
- You should take multivitamins supplements especially magnesium suplements.
