Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
You have anemia and it is likely to be a cause of your dizziness.
After a gastric bypass, you may suffer from deficiency of nutrients in spite of being on supplements.
Please check your blood for iron, ferritin , B12 and folic acid levels. Also if your periods are not heavy, stools for occult blood also needs to be checked.
If the levels are low you may not be absorbing your supplements and may require them to be administered by injections.
