Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It might have been useful though if you have added some more detail on when did the symptoms start, their onset (gradual or abrupt) and progression, other medical conditions or medication you take etc.

Such information might be useful because those symptoms are not that specific, meaning they could be manifestations of many different causes like an infection, high blood pressure, anemia, metabolic alterations like high blood glucose, neck arthritis, stroke etc.

So for the moment I would advise to begin with simple tests like blood tests (blood count, esr, pcr, metabolic panel) and blood pressure measurement. Depending on their results further steps will be taken.

Woke up with symptoms during night.........rather abrupt (night before last). No recent change in medications or supplements other than folic acid I've added. Still experiencing same symptoms as of today but condition doesn't impede my everyday responsibilities.

Thank you for that additional information.

So I am assuming that this is the first time this is happening, you have no prior history of headaches or rheumatological issues, no acute blood loss, trauma. You

In that case if you are still continuing with those symptoms I believe they should be taken seriously. Headache, dizziness of an acute onset waking you up at night, especially in someone aged over 60 does prompt a consideration for the possibility of stroke. Typically it involves weakness of the limbs but there are forms involving the posterior part of the brain which can manifest with headache, balance issues, vision problems. For that reason if this is the first occurrence I believe you should be checked as soon as possible for that possibility.
High blood pressure remains another possibility in case you haven't checked it during these two days.

I hope to have been of help.
