Hello Stoutavia,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Only lightheadedness may be due to hypotension, postural hypotension., headache , anxiety.
Are you having any headache, vomiting, nausea, seizures, loss of consciousness?
Get your Blood pressure measured for greater decreased in BP due to medications. Headache, postural dizziness is side effects of lotensin.
Take adequate water and avoid sudden change in posture.
