Question : Hello.
I've had some discomfort in my chest all day, not anything that feels very serious but it's unpleasant and it comes and goes. I also have moderate health anxiety so when I feel stiff like this I tend to panic a bit. I don't know if I'm just panicking about the discomfort or if the symptoms are related to it without the anxiety. I've gotten a bit dizzy and had a buzzing sound in my ears. I checked my pulse and it was 111bpm and my o2 stats were 100. My blood sugar was also normal. I was at the doctors earlier this summer and had an EKG and several blood test and they all came back normal.
I don't know if it's reason enough to see a doctor or if it's just that I am anxious and working the night shift.

Brief Answer:
See a doctor!

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Mental tension cause physical symptoms… physical problems cause mental symptoms… it becomes a vicious cycle… Your heart is probably normal, since the examination and investigations are normal
There is no harm in seeing a doctor again! If anything is detected, it is treated. If nothing, you get reassured!
Dizziness is vague term - unsteadiness. If there is definite sense of rotation, it is vertigo. If it is from getting up from bed, it may be from postural hypo-tension.. get your BP checked – standing and lying…. It can be from anaemia – what is your haemoglobin?
The body's balancing mechanism is in the inner ear. An ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist is the one to see - they have special tests to confirm or exclude the contribution of the ear. This is particularly important in the presence of tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

Good luck
God bless you
