Question : My blood pressure is 156/117 and pulse 117... I feel dizzy, shortness of breathe, eyes and head pain.

Hi,

The blood pressure quoted was not good, so is the heart rate. This is an acute attack whatever could be the reason. The dizziness and shortness of breath are symptoms of something serious that may or may not result soon. Though the chances of serious thing is lesser at this age I would not discuss too much but refer to a Emergency room or Urgent clinic right away.
