Question : My niece got dry and dark skin on her cheeks, find the attached images, and tell that why it has come, how it can be cure.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
She has developed atopic dermatitis.
It is an allergic condition.
This allergy has led to dryness and pigmentation of skin.
Use a mild steroid cream like desonide.
Also apply lot of coconut oil 3 to 4 times a day.
