Suggest Remedy For Dry And Hard Bowel Movements

Could you be so kind as to help me with a little more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like to ask a few questions if you do not mind:
+Do you have enough fiber in your diet?
+How many litres of water do you drink in a day?
+How would you rate your level of physical activity in a day on a scale of 0 to 5; 0 being absolutely immobile and 5 being hyperactive
+Since when have you been presenting with these symptoms?
+How many times a day do you pass your bowels?
+Could you describe your dietary intake since you have been experiencing this type of bowel movement?
+Have you been particularly immobile or traveling since you have been experiencing these symptoms?
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.

XXXXXXX Thank you for responding to my question. I'm not quite sure what my fiber intake is. Based on the list of foods that include fiber my guess would be little to none on a regular basis.
Usually a day I may have 3-4 glasses of water but i'm not sure how consistent I would say I am with that. I also substitute water with flavored water packets a lot. Increasing my water intake is something i'm going to work on today.
On a regular basis I would say my level of physical activity is at about a 3 on a scale of 1-5. Occasionally i'll get on the treadmill for about 120 minutes or so.
I don't know the exact week or day I started noticing these symptom(s) I estimate it to be about 8-9 weeks or so.
I've only had smaller and dry bowel movements but no other symptoms.
On a regular basis I would estimate my number of bowel movements at about 1-2x a day.
prior to symptoms I think it was definitely 2-3 on average.
My dietary intake since experiencing these symptoms has been foods such as pasta, chili, pizza, ground beef and mostly things of that sort. I've had to intake a lot of snack foods as well (i.e. crackers)
I have had no problems at all traveling since experiencing these symptoms and am completely XXXXXXX
Please accept my sincere apologies
