Question : I need to know what is going on with my five week old newborn. Her dry skin and baby acne has turned into blisters and on her chin and cheeks. It's even having some puss. Please help

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached images as well. The images indicate neonatal acne, a common condition which gradually subsides on its own. You need to keep the area clean. Use moisturizers containing aloe vera (very important). You may also apply topical antibiotic ointments although that is not essential. You would have to be patient and it would gradually subside.
