Brief Answer:
It is due to high acid content in stomach. Needs treatment.

I have completely reviewed your health query, and well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Since when is this pain and burning sensation??
Is there some past history for this pain and burning sensations??
Do you take any medications for any reason?
Are you diabetic and hypertensive?

This is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and is due to high acid content in stomach and that acid regurgitates up to the food pipe (esophagus) and cause burning and pain in the chest and stomach area.

Either there is a problem with the esophagus anatomy or there is infection of the stomach by the bacteria named h. pylori that is causing this acidity. Other causes can be genetic, spicy food, stress and a lot more.

Management includes:
H. pylori breath test and serology screening.
EGD (GI Endoscopy).
Your Physician will help you for that. I suggest you to go for an evaluation by a Gastroenterologist who will test and rule out the causes.

Take Omeprazole+Levosulpiride before breakfast and dinner. Take plenty of water and vegetables, salads and fruits. Less to no meats.Bland diet, no spices, beverages and caffeinated drinks and chocolates.

Esr get blocked either due to impacted wax or may be related to this GERD issue. Acid coming in throat may cause infection of the throat that is transmitted to the ear through eustachian tube and the earaches start. Once GERD is resolved it will go away. Or if impacted wax is removed, it is relieved. You physician will help you for the same.
