Possible middle ear infection...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
The symptoms described by you could be related to middle ear infection secondary to Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear) block. Following Eustachian tube block, there will be pressure variation in the middle ear, which gives rise to dizziness in some individuals.
As there is no mention of the antibiotics taken, it is difficult to comment about its possible adverse effects.
My suggestions to you are:
1. Continue with the nasal sprays prescribed to you.
2. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day.
3. Drink plenty of warm water.
4. Avoid coffee/smoking/fizzy drinks/chilled food and beverages.
Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
Regards
