Question : Just started Fetzima for depression a few days ago - on an increasing dose, just went to 40 mgs today - and suddenly today have trouble with urination - like enlarged prostate...

Fetzima can be associated with urinary hesitancy (difficult to start up urine flow) and retention.
This can occur in 1 to 10 % of persons who use this medication.
It is possible that it may be contributing to this symptom.
You may want to consider speaking to your doctor about this.
You may need additional medication to help the prostate though interaction is possible with tamsulosin and cialis.
Avodart or finasteride may be options.
Alternatively another medication may be used for your depression if this is an option for you.
