Question : I have had radiation for prostate ,no surgery met this lady XXXXXXX 3 years ago and had wonderful sex with her, was able to have full erection. But since then when iam about to enter her I loose my half erection, just cannot get hard enough

Hello,

Although it is common to have sexual encounters with good erection sometimes they can be embarassing with short duration and unable to achieve hardness required.
This is the time we should think of block in the blood vessels supplying the penis. Erection is because of gush of blood into the penis. If there is a block in the vessel you will not get the required erection. Viagra does the same action, if the viagra does not work it is the problem of block.
I suggest you to meet a Urologist and get a color doppler done.
Some studies say that erection problems are an early sign of blocking vessels to the heart.
So this is important for you to get tested.
