Brief Answer:
Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease (NAFLD)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You have a sex hormone imbalance which is the reason for your irregular periods and excessive sweating.
Fatty liver or nonalcoholic hepatic steatosis ( Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) who are overweight or obese or have diabetes, high cholesterol or high triglycerides.
Eating healthy wholesome food, exercising 30 minutes a day and controlling your diabetes well, avoiding alcohol and losing weight gradually would help reduce the problem. You should also check your liver function and be in consultation with a doctor specialized in liver problems.
I run a virtual practice and if you want me to help you monitor and control your diabetes well, do let me know.
Take Care,

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:
Metformin is a good medicine for PCOS as it is caused by insulin resistance.
If you can tolerate the sweating, best to leave it alone. If not birth control pills provide the hormonal support required.

Brief Answer:
laser treatment

Detailed Answer:
The reason for the excess facial hair is the hormonal abnormalities related to PCOS. Medicines are not effective for the hair already present. You can removed them by laser treatment. Spiranolactone can reduce the rate at which the hair regrows.
