Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following is symptomwise approach:
1. Hot flushes,palpitations,chest pain, irritability,weight gain, vaginal soreness are associated with PMS.
2. Since your were treated for CA breast thus do not take any drug which contains Estrogen (Allopathic or Alternative Medicine) unless evidence of hormone dependent tumor is excluded through relevant investigation and examination.
PS. Although the said symptoms could be related with PMS associated anxiety/ depression due to fluctuations in hormone level but in best interest kindly consult with a Gynecologist for evidence of endometrial hyperplasia and endometriosis.
3. Since Education is an important aspect in post menopausal patient thus:
. Self breast examination every month and report if any lump, discharge or skin change
. Yearly P.V. & Pap smear examination
. Report immediately if P.V. bleeding or discharge after menopause.
4.Take Evanova capsule (CHARAK) but not Menosan (Himalaya) until evidence of hormone dependent tumor is ruled out.
5. Intermittent course of Calcium tablets and Alendronate to prevent osteoporosis
6. For irritability: Tablet Mentat (Himalaya) or Tablet Brahmi Vati (Baidyanath): 2 tablets twice daily.
7. XXXXXXX Kalp Forte is an excellent medicine with proven action on the hormonal axis,uterine musculature and ovarian function.

Thanks for reverting back.
1. As you go through PMS period many of symptoms are result of decreasing estrogen. I understand you haven't reached menopause yet, but this is the time when estrogen levels fall and people start to experience strange symptoms. If the changes interfere with your well being and day to day life consider visiting a Gynecologist for hormonal profile.
Besides the herbs you are aware of off, I will also suggest you take mint, coriander, tomato, cumin, plenty of water, vitamins and mineral supplements, apple, banana,grapes and dates. Avoid: excess physical –mental exertion, sun exposure, corrylium, smoking, errhine therapy, betel leaves, gruel, soup, day time sleeping, garlic, ginger, onion, spicy-heavy- junk food, mustard oil, pickles.
There are also prescription drugs as smritisagar ras, trifla churan, brihat vata chintamani ras, ghritkumari, ashwagandha, bahmi,jatamansi, stresscom which are helpful. If you ever able to meet an ayurveda physician, he / she can let you know about these drugs.
In addition, I will also recommend:
1. You can practice: bhujangasana, halasana, paschimottasana, sarvangasana, shalabhasana, shavasana and vakrasana and pranayamas like bhastrika and kapalbhati.
2. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest.
3. Take 1 spoon black pepper powder and 5 spoons jaggery in 4 cup water and boil till 2 cups remain, filter it and drink for 1 month.
4. Mix 4-5 dates in half glass of water and drink 2 times daily for a month.
5. Apple, almond, banana, broccoli, cantaloupe, melon, carrot, cashew nut, corn, cauliflower, grapes, guava, lemon, XXXXXXX orange, pineapple, soybean, spinach have anti oxidant and detoxifying properties so take them in plenty.
