Cold compress, Topical steroids, loratidine, sunblock

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description , it appears that you have sensitivity to sunlight exposure. The face involvement can indicate a sunburn. Try to apply the following measures especially during an acute episode of such a sensitivity. Try to avoid any direct sunlight exposure. Keep yourself well covered. Wear sunglasses and a cap. Do not pinch touch any of the involved skin due to the sunlight exposure.
Avoid Perfumes/ fragrance / body sprays that come in contact directly with the skin. Try avoiding heavy exercise and conditions that may lead to excess heat accumulation and sweating. Cold compressions, Topical steroids , loratidine and sunblock should be the treatment options that can be advised in consult with your doctor. Its good that you are keeping yourself well hydrated. The upset stomach can be associated with the response to heat exhaustion. Unless an infectious cause is found fluid replacement alone should be enough. If there is nausea present then metoclopramide can be prescribed for symptomatic control.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
