Brief Answer:
could be because of ear or throat infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually fever cold and cough at this age is usually viral infection.
But if your child is crying continuously even after medicines it could be because of ear or throat infection.
You need to get him examined by your pediatrician to rule out these.
Other possibilities include gastritis or urinary infection.
A complete examination alone can help in identifying the cause.
Meanwhile continue current medicines as per schedule.
Ensure you givechim plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
Wishing your child good health

Dr Arun
