Brief Answer:
Lukewarm compress and Ibuprofen should help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of the finger?

If the injury was strong, bone fracture should be ruled out. To do that, x-ray should be done. Blood under the nail can be left alone. It will take months to evacuate it, but this is normal.

To relieve the pain, you should hold the finger higher (put your hand on the pillow when lying down). Lukewarm compress should also help. You may also take Ibuprofen for the pain.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
