Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.

Loss of appetite , weakness ,fatigue, tiredness ,body aches, are most common symptoms of viral infections including flu.
Usually flu is self-limiting disease that doesn't need specific treatment.Flu symptoms may last 1-2 weeks and subside gradually.

During this time you should rest a lot (make sure you sleep 8-9 hours),eat healthy ,drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated .
Although your appetite is decreased you should eat regularly your meals .
A well balanced diet that includes a variety of foods is necessary. It is important to take all necessary nutrients to recover properly because your body needs a lot of energy to fight this viral infection.
Your diet should be rich in proteins (lean meat, poultry, fish, legumes, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds are good sources of protein).
You need to take the necessary vitamins and minerals ,which strength immune system and help recovery.Vitamin B12 ,B6, folic acid are found in foods like meat, fish ,milk, beans, green vegetables.
Eat a lot of fruits rich in Vitamin C like oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit etc.
So your diet during these days should contain a lot of green vegetables, fruits ,chicken soup.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
