Brief Answer:
Temporary situation after viral infection;following will help...

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXX,

I am sorry for the situation you are facing.

From what you are saying, it seems that you are having blocked Eustatchian tube most probably due to a recent viral infection of respiratory tract. As this has been going on for 2 weeks now, I would suggest to consult an ENT specialist as soon as possible.

Usually, this is a temporary situation that will be over soon without any complication. I advise to try the following exercise that can help:
1. close your mouth
2. hold your nose
3. start blowing gently

I also advise my patients to keep chewing gum as this will also help draining eustachian tube. But, still thinking to go for a complete ENT examination.

Wish fast recovery!
