Question : I HAVE A FLUTTERING SENSATION IN MY PENIS AND A DULL PAIN PAIN BETWEEN MY LEFT SACK AND THIEGH NOT A BAD PAIN ITS RIGHT NEXT TO A PEACE OF SMALL SKIN GROUTH THAT I HAVE TRYED TOO PULL OFF

It may be related to this and in this case it should pass in few days. If symptoms persist then it may be sign of inguinal hernia , lymph nodes enlargement or infection if urogenital tract.
