Question : Some fluids comes out from my penis it comes out mostly when i visit the toilet and some times comes out even when i don't visit the toilet also..I tried to smell the fluid it smell bad like a rotten stuff.I some times feel inside my penis itches and hurts withing..Giving me strange feelings withing.I'm so scared and never want to lose my manhood..Can you tell me what do do please or what it means.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Penile discharge which is fowl smelling in nature with irritation and discomfort of penile urethra likely indicates urethritis , an inflammation of penile urethra. Commonest causes of such symptoms are excessive vigorous masturbation or oral coitus or unprotected coitus in which case it needs to be evaluated for any STD like gonorrhea , chlamydia etc.

So you need a discharge evaluation as well as routine examination of urine to rule out UTI.

Meanwhile , abstain from coitus, maintain a proper hygiene and avoid masturbation. keep the groin hair free and hope for the best. Apply some topical hydro-cortisone creams and anesthetic gels for the pain and consult your doctor for further management.
