Question : I'm a 47 yr old female with depression anxiety weight gain low energy and my urine smells foul. I take 40 mg fluoxetine a day. I have now been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I suffer with fecal urgency and sometime from constipation too . I am a nurse and am completely worn down
