Brief Answer:
try probiotic and zinc

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
At this age if a child passes motions six times a day it could be either milk allergy or viral infection.
If switching to soya milk hasn't helped, I think it could be a viral infection.
I usually prescribe probiotic like bifilac one XXXXXXX twice a day for 3 days along with zinc drops for 10 days.
If your child is active and passing urine atleast six times a day there is no need to worry.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
