Question: Dear Dr XXXXXXX
My both Shoulders dislocated 8 years back. Left shoulder was fixed without operation but operation was done for relocating right shoulder and right shoulder dislocated 4 times after that while playing sports. It particularly happens when I do overhand throw or do bowling in cricket. Any particular exercises that you would suggest to make my arm better? Thanks
