Brief Answer:
Get done thyroid function test, sugar level and blood pressure monitoring.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In your case, we should first rule out organic causes like thyroid diseases, diabetes and hypertension because all these can cause similar symptoms.
So first get done thyroid function test, sugar level and blood pressure monitoring.
If all these are normal than possibility of stress related symptoms are more.
So first get done all these tests.
If all are normal than consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Please let me know if you have stressful life.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry for sleep apnea.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are not having sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is common in obese people.
And by your height and weight, I don't think you are having sleep apnea.
You are also not snoring, so possibility of sleep apnea is very less.
Please let me know
1. Do you have abdominal obesity? I mean more fat in abdominal area?
2. Do you have nose obstruction like DNS (deviated nasal septum)? This can also cause sleep apnea.
3. Have you ever consulted psychiatrist?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
