Question: Yah I did a bunch of drugs over the weekend, probably 2 grams of coke, 6 hits of speed and a bunch of mdma Mabey a gram. Haven't slept yet did my last line of coke but a half hour ago. Plus obviously I've been drinking steady the whole time. Mabey a hundred drinks over the weekend. My right foot and left arm are numb. I'm stiff all over. My heart beat is irregular, and prolly round 120 bps. My eyes are watery and I have to pee all day. Even after I piss I have to go right after. And I'm thinking real dumb but that is pretty usual after this amount . Bit of chest pain and my brain is numb.

Brief Answer:
Thnking is changed by drug addiction.

Detailed Answer:
There isn't a particular question here, so, several points:
1) we cannot diagnose treat or prescribe without actually being there.
2) risks from stimulant abuse go up significantly when more than one is used at the same time. The specific risks are mainly heart attack or arrhythmia or stroke due to the stress hormone effects on those organs.
3) SiGNS of heart attack can be chest pain but might not be any sign. Treatment in the first 6 hrs is very helpful at mitigating damage and preventing death
4) Signs of stroke are problems all on one side typically including both sensation and motor BUT with cocaine this is not at all necessarily true because it can act to cause small vessels to spasm and cause strokes in many small areas rather than a more typical stroke with one large area affected.

There isn't any way to rapidly reverse stress hormone effects.
There is no safe way to get some sleep right during the tail end of a major stimulant abuse except with powerful drugs requiring hospitalization to give them.
Coming off of an alcohol binge presents its own dangers.
Symptoms of potential stroke, or heart attack , or irritability after stopping alcohol are all signs of potentially fatal drug effects and require immediate emergency interventions.

Those are the main topics that should be asked.

Brief Answer:
several points previously mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
1) we cannot diagnose treat or prescribe without actually being there. We cannot say "You need to do this".
and... 2) someone who has done a great deal of stimulants runs high risks of death and organ damage and stroke that can only be assessed and treated in an emergency room environment. Various signs of this were mentioned.
3) other minor outpatient home remedies won't work and will delay getting real help.
