Question : Doc, it feels like pressure between testicles and anus. Also frequent urination, and feels like pee stuck inside penis after urination, which later leaks out. Oh and my right side of abdomen ocasionly has slight pain/cramp feeling

Is there a chance of std with those symptoms? And i donshift work, and been on nights for over a week straight, drinking rudbulls to stay awake. Could it be a bladder infection
