Question : Doc, it feels like pressure between testicles and anus. Also frequent urination, and feels like pee stuck inside penis after urination, which later leaks out. Oh and my right side of abdomen ocasionly has slight pain/cramp feeling

It is suggestive of a stricture of the urethra.
I would suggest you the following:
Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations like contrast X-ray of the urethra and urethrocystoscopy.
This will give diagnosis and small stricture if present can be dealt with at the same time.

Is there a chance of std with those symptoms? And i donshift work, and been on nights for over a week straight, drinking rudbulls to stay awake. Could it be a bladder infection

STDs can occur due to risky sexual encounters, if you had such can cause this.
There is urinary tract infection, the bladder being a part of it can be affected as well.
Also get all the relevant blood and urine tests done
