Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination In Infants

Question: My daughter is 7 months old , now a days she has started urinating very frequently ( in evry 15 mins approx, but in small quantity), is this normal or should i consult a doctor, i live in XXXXXXX and weather is little cold.

Questions -

1. Is there any fever - if so how much?
2. Is there any discomfort while passing the urine?
3. Does she have any vomiting?
4. Does she strain while passing urine?
5. How is her fluid intake and feeding pattern?
6. Does she have any previous history of urinary tract infection?
7. While washing her after she passes stools - you wipe the bottom from back to front or front to back?

Hi Sir,
Please find my reply inline-

1. Is there any fever - if so how much?--- No Fever
2. Is there any discomfort while passing the urine?---- No
3. Does she have any vomiting?--- No
4. Does she strain while passing urine?--- No
5. How is her fluid intake and feeding pattern?--- We are giving her home cooked semisolid food such as Ragi, khichdi (HOTCHPOTCH), Fruit like Banana, Mosambi (sweet lemon), pomegranate juice along with breast feeding. We alter the fruits / home cooked everyday ( do not give same home cooked food or fruit daily)
6. Does she have any previous history of urinary tract infection? --- No
7. While washing her after she passes stools - you wipe the bottom from back to front or front to back? --- from front to back, also we make sure that nothing is left at her urinary place, we clean it very properly.

Hi XXXXXXX ..I don't think this requires a doctor consultation right away. But if I were your pediatrician I would suggest you to get a urine routine analysis done and get back.

My suggestions for you -
1. Get a urine routine analysis along with urinary nitrites.
