Question : I have the urge to urinate when I sit or lying down now but when I go only a little bit or nothing comes out also my testicles feel sore my regular physician did a check up on me I was okay and made me do a urine and blood test and urine came out fine and clear and my blood test was fine. do you or someone know what I might have?

Hello xxxxxxx and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,your symptoms are suggestive of acute urinary infection.
You should've got the following tests done:
1.urine culture test
2.creatinine and blood sugar.
3.ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
According to these reports, the reason for your symptoms should be known.
Till the results are known, you can start a Ciprofloxacin twice daily, with a bladder relaxant,and soon get relief.
