Question : I just came home from a vacation in florida. That day i noticed these on my right thigh. After going to florida in december- a smaller one showed up first on the back of my thigh. What is it- should i be worried?

I have gone through your query and picture. It looks like fungal infection ( Tinea corporis). You can apply antifungal creams like miconazole or terbinafine for local application. This will help to clear it. Miconazole is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin. Terbinafine is also available as over the counter in brands like Lamisil. There is nothing to worry for this
