Question : I am a 45 year old female and would like to know if this is toenail fungus.
My shoe size has increased by one half size in the last year. I did not realize it
until I bought a new pair of shoes. Pictures attached. Thanks !

Yes, it definitely looks like fungal nail infection and treatment is required. This is severe case and even partial nail ablation can be considered. You need to see dermatologist or foot specialist for further evaluation and treatment. Increase in shoe size is caused by toe tip oedemea and swelling and hypertrophy due to infection.
