Question : I have two flesh growths inside the upper part and both side of the cheek. I was advised to take vitamin medicine and was using some gel. But its been 2 months the growth is still there. Not sure what is it. Could you please advise.

                                    Brief Answer:
Normal parotid salivary gland duct papillae.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. The fleshy bumps inside the upper region of the cheeks in both the images seem to be the normal papillae (openings) of the Parotid Salivary Gland ducts (Stensen's Ducts).
2. These papillae are usually located just next to the upper second molar teeth.
3. If there are no symptoms, these are essentially normal structures.
4. A routine, direct examination by a dentist or an ENT Specialist is recommended.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

                                    Brief Answer:
Seems normal, but a routine examination is recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. If there are no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. The images are fine.
4. Since a direct examination and palpation is not possible, I would recommend a routine examination by another local doctor.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Thanks for your reply sir. I have been using the gel which the doctor had mentioned. I shouldn't worry in this case? I was bit worry because I had never noticed such experience. Can you please advise me some medicine If you like?
