Brief Answer:
Just wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
Tegretal is known to cause such symptoms.
However, there is no antidote.
You just have to wait for the drug to wash out in 2 to 3 days.
You can give him Serenace for psychosis. However , since he's already has had a reaction I would suggest meeting a local Dr before a dog the medicine.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Hi,
I have already said you can take Serenace for the psychosis.
As for effect, most often patients do recover completely. For more definitive answer one needs to examine the patient.
I hope the same for you.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Hi
As I said before its used for psychosis. a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions are so impaired that contact is lost with external reality. Hallucinations, delusions, delirium are all part of the syndrome.
And no, it's not addictive. So he won't need to take Tab after he's stable.
