Brief Answer:
Get a CT scan of the brain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can understand your concerns.

Your headache seems to be of sudden onset with varied features.

It is important to rule out organic brain pathology or any vascular etiology.

A Migraine is quite unlikely to present with these features at your age.

Hence for better assessment, I advise you to get a CT scan or MRI scan of the brain.

CFS/FM rarely present with such headaches.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
