Brief Answer:
hi and welcome

Detailed Answer:
If there is no vomiting, abnormal mental status, somnolence, vision disorder or balance disorder then you don't need to be concerned.Certain degree of Headaches is expected even after minor head traumas. So this should not worry you. Headache may persist for up to 7 days. Any serious consequences after head injury happens within 2 days. Of course, even after this, some serious consequences may happen but this is rare. You just need to look after him and visit hospital if any of symptoms then I 've mentioned occur. At first exam they maybe should do xrays but ct scan is recommended only In major head traumas with high suspicion of intracranial incident since it brings significant irradiation. Wish you good health.
