Question : I had a diazepam 3 hours ago as i felt anxious. Then a panadeine forte as i had a very bad headache. Then half an ambien just now as i cant sleep. Is it OK?

If you are anxious with headache then first do some deep breathing and relax your self. And do some walking for 10 -20 minutes and then try to read any good book and you will get sleep. Have enough water after you walk.

Hello,

Diazepam and Ambien are benzodiazepine and there is synergism and can produce excessive sedation. The same goes for codeine.
You should try not combine these medicines that have interaction s some of these interactions can be dangerous.
The present medication might make you drowsy and you may sleep longer. Do not drive or be in a dangerous place where you may harm yourself or others till the effect wears off.
