Question : I have irregular heart by moments and is bothersome. I did an ekg at times when the heart beat was normal. Early in the morning, i start having the same.

I read your query and would like to suggest to do the following examinations:
- blood work including thyroid hormones
- cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring

This examinations will help to find out what is causing your symptoms. A normal ecg done when you are symptomless doesn't exclude arrhythmia.
