Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see a cluster of fluid filled lesions on the left side of angle of mouth. This is actually herpes labialis, also known as fever blisters or cold sores.

If I was the treating doctor I would suggest an oral antiviral e.g Tab. valacyclovir 1000 mg, 2 tablets twice a day X 1 day
Or
Tablet Acyclovir 400 mg, one tablet thrice daily X 5 days.

Topically she may use an antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupurocin cream (T-Bact cream), Twice daily for a week.

These are prescription medications and should be used under supervision of a doctor. You wont be able to get these without prescription and therefore I suggest that she visits a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
