Brief Answer:
Still with in normal range . need not worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, greetings from HCM. I understand your query. I say that all the results are OK now. You continue the same medications.
Why did you get lipase and amylase is there any pain abdoman ? Who advised .
Anyway please adopt lifestyle changes with medications as only medications are not sufficient to control the sugar levels. Cut down your carbohydrate in meal add more of fiber and protein rich food.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, millets
At least walk for an hour a day .
Practice yoga and meditation
