Question : Hi Doctor
I am having fever since 3 days

Along with that i am having running nose

Hi and thanks for your query.

Also let me know any other symptoms that you may be having. From your query it seems like a viral and will take its time to subside.

Meanwhile we can take some measures to reduce the symptoms
I would suggest the following:
-Tab paracetamol 500 mg three to four times a day when fever is more than 100c
-Tab cetirizine 5mg once at night or twice a day-in morning and night. This will help with the runny nose.
- Ginger in tea can be boiled and taken.
