Brief Answer:
no need to worry

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the reports
The reports are fine except for low hemoglobin.
Even wbc counts are within normal range.
There is no need to worry.
The fever will settle soon nothing alarming as of now.
I would suggest you to continue your supplements, that will help in improving hemoglobin.
Also give her Deworming medicine if not already given.
I prescribe albendazole 200 mg once at night to be repeated after 2 weeks for patients in my clinic.
Ensure she takes plenty of vegetables and fruits to improve micronutrients intake.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
