Suggest Remedy For High Liver Enzymes And Fatty Liver

Thanks. :)
Following answers to your queries.....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. Fatty liver is often present when you also :
- have pre/diabetes
- are overweight
2. If you follow a healthy diet and lifestyle regimen, that will help reduce transaminases, reverse fatty liver and optimize blood sugar levels.
3. With regards to diet, I advise to :
- eat often and small portions
- avoid fatty, sugary foods
- can eat turkey instead of chicken
- consume more fish, vegetables, olive oil, two eggs per day
- with regards to fruits, I advise to eat : green apples, 1 small banana per day, oranges, kiwi, plums,
- avoid fruits in syrup and corn syrup
4. I also advise to take supplements containing multivitamins and minerals and herbal extract to optimize blood sugar level.
I advise to take vit supplements and milk thistle extract to optimize liver enzymes and reverse fatty liver.
All the best!

Not related to fatty liver, biliary/gastritis rule out
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for following up.
Your symptoms are not related to fatty liver, but to possibly :
- cholecyst issues
- gastritis
Apart from blood tests, I also highly advise that an abdominal ultrasound be done, to rule out gall bladder issues.
You, might possibly need to undergo an upper endoscopy to check for ulcers or inflammation in the stomach lining.
All the best!

Repeat the test after 4 weeks...
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thank you asking again.
You are reporting that your glucose were a little high, so you don't need to stay totally away from all sugar and carbs but you need to cut down a little bit. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend to repeat the glucose test 4 weeks after new diet. If your sugar level is still high then I can recommend you a more strict diet without sugar.
Wishing you all the best
Dr.Klerida
