Question : Hi,
I am 33yrs old female. TTC for 5 yrs. I have pcos. HSG report normal. Last month my prolactin level shot to 41.1 ncg. Also a small cyst was determined on right ovary. My husband semen analysis ok. I have tried with clomid, bestogan, metamorphin, cervifert, glycomet. But no pregnancy happened. Report for RT pcr m tuberculosis also negative.Please suggest what treatment options are suited for my case.

Other than that I think you have unexplained infertility that is everything normal but not able to conceive yet.

Next step should be to go ahead with IUI. Request your doctor for IUI as your age is increasing.
