Question : My blood pressure is 172/90 and I feel crappy

You have hypertension and despite taking your medication your blood pressure is still high 172/90. This is not a dangerous level but if you are feeling poorly then you may need to call your doctor and be seen. If you are having any symptoms of stroke, slurred speech or numbness or weakness then you should immediately be seen at an ER.
If you are just overall feeling yukky then you could wait and see your medical provider
You could also call your doctor's office and see if they want you to take extra medication.
