Brief Answer:
Surgical fixation may help

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

It is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Your concerns are right as if it is not bending beyond 90 percent normal on flexion despite repeated manipulations and agressive physiotherapy and it has been months since then, it may need to have a re surgery but since most of prosthetics of joints aim at reducing morbidity and as long as your walk and daily routine remains quite manageable without any cosmetic defect being seen on apparent gait, such surgeries are usually not recommended in such cases. If the purpose for which surgery was done primarily isn't solved, it may need a repeated surgical manipulation. Discuss all these options with your orthopedician.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask, else kindly close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
